I'd like to add a pair of some kind of small cichlid. I want something colorful, maybe blue rams, but I think my pH is too high (7.5) for them. If blue rams won't work, what about bolivian rams? What other fish would fit this desc ![]() |

But if you are concerned about it go with Bolivian rams since they are found in the wild in a pH from 6 - 7.6 depending on location. |

They can be nippy in cramped quarters or small numbers. |

Hardier and as mentioned above found in a wide range of pH. They aren't AS colorful as the blue ram, but if the conditions of the tank are right they should have pretty good color.
