there is no small breed of oscar they all eventually reach a wopping 12" this includes Albino, tiger, red etc ]

there all huge. The only small one's are those that people cram into 20 gallon tanks and they become stunted.

I have never herd of a small oscar of any kind ,but all oscars are great.

the only time an oscar is "small" is when they are FRY

All of the oscars in the normal market are the same species...Astronotus oscellatus. However, there are other 'Oscar' species such as Astronotus orbicularis, Astronotus crassipinis and at least 1 undescribed Astronotus spp.
