It "rammed" it off the side of the tank and then sucked it in and spit out the shell. I thought maybe it just spit it out when it figured out what it was, but the shell looked empty and never moved again. This explains where all the snails go! Anyone else heard of this or seen it? |

I guess the angel's snail eating behavior would normally be a good thing, but we keep getting this weird algae on the gravel and sides of the tank and wouldn't mind a few snails doing a little clean up in there. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to keep doing it myself... |

I've never seen or heard of any kind of loach that will turn up a chance at eating a snail, especialy one that'll spend time digging in the sand. |
