Ok so I ordered my 2 jevenile German Blue Rams probably a little over a month ago. Oringinally, when I got them it seemed as if I had a male ( he was way more colorful and agressive) and a female (very drab and peaceful). But after havign them a month and observing them along with looking at pictures of rams I have discovered I have 2 females . I guess the bigger more colorful one is just dominant. If I were to add a male would he pair up with one and they would attack the other female, or would he form a herum (I dont think I spelled that right). Should I just leave the 2 feamles alone? Thank you for any help.

You can add a male into the tank and see which of the females he pairs up with, but be prepared to remove the other female to a new tank as more than likely she will become the target of the new pairs aggression. Here is a link to a short article about this species that you may find interesting.
