I believe the consensus is it's probably a maculipinnis or a mixteco blue. If there's an lfs around that orders from Jeff Rapps it could be either one. you could probably go with some tiger barbs or some platys, mollies or swordtails. Personally, I'd get some platys and then wait for the cichlid to grow and color up a bit more so a positive ID can be determined and then get a mate for it. ![]() |
