Hey guys i was wondering wat sort of haps and how many could i put into my tank i have 2 peacocks 1m/1f and 2 spilo's too small to sex at the moment and i was juss seeing wat i could put in with these guys? but so far i thought of getting some taiwan reef haps(protomelas steveni)?..........

Well what type of Peacocks do you have? I'm not familiar with a Spilo, is that not a Pirahna? Taiwan reefs can get to 8" IME, and usually should be housed in a 75 or more. The Taiwan reef is a beautiful fish and could be housed in a 55 for first 2-3 years with SOME peacocks, but I'm unsure about the Spilo's? Tank MUST have very good filtration(like 2 Fluval 404 or comparable as the fish get over 5".

well i have baenschi peacocks and a spilo looks like an eye biter but have a diagonal stripe across them and look like an eyebiter when fully grown. ill show pics one day
