The tank is a 20 gallon high, with rock work and plants. Right now they are being pretty shy and i was wondering if having other fish in the tank would let them know it was safe to venture around. Or would it be better to leave them alone? Tiger barbs were suggested, i am just worried that they are so aggressive they might eat the fry. Also, at the same time, i read that if there were not other fish to distract the male kribensis he might eat the fry...i had another post about this but it kinda died...so any ideas? |

I wouldn't add any fish. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |

I cannot say if they'll eat their fry or not, but i think it's better to leave them alone & i think you'll have better survival rate in fry. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |
