Anyone see any problems:

2 Turquoise Jewels
Convict
Red Devil Cichlid
Polypterus Senegalus
Rapheal
Four line Pictus
2 Clown Loaches
1 Green Tiger Barb
Bala Shark
Spiny Cichlid
2 Keyholes
Khuli Loach
Zebra Loack

Also, should I add any algae eaters? |

The red devil all by itself fills that tank to capacity. you are talking about a roughly 12 inch fish when full grown with one of the nastiest temperaments in captive fish. By the time that fish reaches 6 inches I would be amazed if you had any other survivors in that tank other than your most determined cat fish who has by that point become a master at hide n seek. |

They really shouldn't be kept alone. You really should return them to your LFS. Also, you should read up on your fish before purchasing them. Use the fish profiles here on the site and ask questions "before " you buy. |

The clown loaches in there are schooling fish, thus needing atleast one if not more members to the clan |
