because i was use white crane but smaller food but last week i got more but different brand and size and they rarly eat it and most of them are 10cm

I feed my African Cichlids vegetable based foods (slow sinking pellets & floating flakes), with some meaty food (slow sinking) every 3/4 days.

What are your Cichlids?.

For our L. Malawi and L. Victoria Cichlids we use Aquarian tropical fish flake twice each day and Tetra Doromin Special Food Sticks 2-3 times a week (we break these into smaller bits so the bigger pigs don't get them all).
We also hatch brine shrimp at least once a fortnight for our fry and feed any spare to our Tanganikans.
We use Spirulina flake for our Tanganikan tank (Tropheus, Julidochromis, Eretmodus Cyanostictus etc.) for 6 days a week - we then don't feed them for a day to let them graze on the rocks and glass. We also add Spirulina powder into the tank (to grow the algae) for them to graze.
