Hurray!!! My angels are finally eating!! I have been so worried about them...but tonight they finally both came to the glass, begging when I came near the tank. I gave them some bloodworms, and I saw them eating. What a relief.
Anyways, I was just wondering what other people's angels like to eat...so I can give them a variety. What's your angels favorite food?

I dont think there is an angel that dosent like bloodworms. But when your angels get a bit bigger, or ifthey already are, they love meal worms. They also love earth worms whcih your can give to smaller angels. When you try to break a meal worn its not good, trust me. But earth worms arnt so bad.

My angelfish always swam up to the top of the tank whenever I opened up the lid. He was a hungry little guy, he'd love to eat from my fingers. My angel ate whatever I fed him, but I'm pretty sure most angelfish like bloodworms a lot.

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."

Well maybe not THE favorite, but crushed snails. We've taken snails from the bottom tank and crushed them against the glass in the top tank and they gobble them up. Great way to get rid of the snails

I was under the impression that Angels were meat-eaters?

Like most fish they are omnivores and like/need some vegetable matter.

Mine goes thru phases where it like to shred a plant, maybe he just does it to tick me off.

Seen a lot of Angels go nuts on plants.

Their very favorite is frozen mosquito larvae, followed by frozen bloodworms, live brine, then frozen brine.
