Jason_R_S      Moderator Posts: 2811 Kudos: 2421 Votes: 391 Registered: 18-Apr-2001  | should be fine so long as the flys and worms have not been exposed to any chemicals. it would be much more difficult to determine if the flys have come into contact with chemicals so I'd avoid them myself. if they're 2 inches, I'd start feeding them mini/baby cichlid pellets regularly and supplement with frozen and live foods.
