Yes.

Angelfish dwell towards the top and Bolvian Rams towards the bottom. The only time either would even think about showing aggression would be during breeding. They should have no problem.

What else do you plan on keeping in the tank?

ok...that would be overstocked....here let me explain

2-angle fish (get 4 for sake of cutting down agression)
10-rummynose tetras (15 should be fine)
2-keyhole cichclds or pictus catfish (pictus cats get too big and keyholes would have to replace the angels...so angels or key holes...not both)
2-blue rams or bolivian rams (fine)
5-giant danios (why? you already have a nice schooling fish...and this would (IMO) make the tank look unorganized with the extra small school)
3-silver dollar 6" ones (no, 3 6 inch fish that love to swim back and forth require about a 125 gallon tank (or any 6 footer tank)
1-tiger pleco (I think he would be ok)

Your original stocking list is overstocked and some fish aren't even supposed to be in the tank...this is my proposal as your final stock list (just my opinion again)

4 Black Angels
15 Rummynose Tetras
1 Tiger Pleco
2 Blue Rams or Bolivian Rams
8 Corydoras Schwartzi

IMO that would be a nicely stocked tank.

Loaches probably will be able to replace the cory's if that's what you are looking for. I'm not sure how they go with Rams though, but I think it would be fine. koohlie (er...sp?) or candy loaches would be neat
