Now we know that 2 are rouge males and we have a breeding pair. They have laid eggs, of all places on the siphon tube for the hob filter. Lights went out and the eggs were gone. The pair have continued to GUARD 1/2 of this 55 gl tank. I have changed the tank decorations around, but this has not helped. Any suggestions? Barb |

That is what I have in the garage waiting to be set up. My lfs has offered to take all of my angels off my hands because of their size. I like all of them. Which should I trade if need be... the breeding pair is a silver and a marble. The two rouge males are a gold and black veil. I am not too hip on having 200 baby angelfish ![]() Barb |

And as for fry, there are certain fish that will take care of that problem for you (the other male angels). But, if if you don't want the fry, having your angels breed is a good sign that they like each other and you are doing a good job with them. |

With the rouge males, your angels will breed, which is healthy, but there will not be and offspring. |

Goodluck with them, by the way! ![]() |

Also, the behavior towards each other. The female can do whatever she wants... Barb |
