The sudden pH change can be affecting your angels. Try to get some pH buffers to change to original. Angels are sensitive to water changes etc, so that could actually be it. If its not that, the co2 may actually be draining oxygen from the tank, add a powerhead or an airstone. Either way, I would add a powerhead or airstone, since they shouldnt be hanging out near the surface. |

I would add an air stone for the angles...they need the oxygen since there is so much CO2. Also, the air stones may help the plants and fish. The plants will be getting a constant flow of new gases and the fish will have oxygen... |
