i have a breeding pair of blue acaras and i was in the process of moving them and they were in a bucket but instead i moved the babies and put the parents back in their tank... they laid probably 150 eggs a week later and this batch they ate after they all hatched .. its so wierd they were always good parents but now they fight it sucks big time... i dont know if they are gonna eat the next batch of eggs they are fed mysis most of the time of cichlid pellets... i dont want them to continue this behavior.... should i take out the next batch of eggs and put it in a 2.5 gallon and raise them from there?
if i did do that does any one have the steps to raising them by hand...? from hatching stage...

I would give them another chance as parenting. If the next time they eat the fry then I would move the parents not the eggs.

its just that they get so dam stressed when they are moved.. and i dont have a tank for them....
