The water where I live is pretty soft anf the ph is low. When I do water changes on my 10 gallon shellie tank how could I get the hardness and ph up before I put the water in there?

They sell drops that will do that for you. They are pretty widely avaible.

Just buy some liquid that you add to the water. You can easily find it in pet shops.
