	choosing Africans for a 55g
rcracer_tx Small Fry Posts: 1 Kudos: 1 Votes: 0 Registered: 08-Nov-2005	before the process of getting the tank and stabilizing it, i want to ask everyones opinion on which chichlids i should get. I have a $500 dollar budget including tank and filtration. any suggestions?

The easiest way is to do a bit of research, pick your 1 favourite and then pick suitable tankmates based around your #1 species..... http://www.cichlid-forum.com Look under profiles and then Lk. Malawi. Try Mbuna first as haps are limited for a 55g. Good Luck
