	cichlid identification
zoeandmaia Hobbyist Posts: 125 Kudos: 121 Votes: 78 Registered: 01-Jan-2005	I'm really drawn towards a cichlid that I saw in a display tank. Although I can't have him right now I want to identify him so I can add him to my "fish wish list." He was in a tank with other malawi cichlids. I doubt that he was fully grown, but he is currently about 4" long. His body is cream colored with brown spots. His fins are brown with orange or reddish trim. zoeandmaia Hobbyist Posts: 125 Kudos: 121 Votes: 78 Registered: 01-Jan-2005	I think it may have been a Nimbochromis livingstonii The only visible difference is that the one I saw had an orange or reddish edging on his fins and this species appears to have a white edging. Still, it is the closest I've found.

Baenschi trio,Cyanotilapia Afra Cobwe(4), copadichromis trewavase, protomelas sp. tangerine tiger(breeding pair)
