I can't comment on behavioral compatibility since I'm not familiar with cobalt blues, but I really wouldn't put a BGK in an African cichlid tank, especially one of that size. And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
