ok my pseudotropheus socolofi or blue morp is digging holes in my sand under a out cropping of rocks then swims around and stops and shivers am i soon to be a poppa or does she need to be commited she,ll get in the hole stay and ster at me

I think that they're signs of breeding. My Yellow Labs. also dig holes in the sand.

Most likely a Male, preparing his Preferred spawning site.

Cichlids kept by themselves will often also do such things... But if there's other fish in with it, spawning behaviour for sure

Watch out - if the rocks were placed on the substrate, rather than the substrate placed in around the rocks, the fish could easily dig out the stability of the rocks or rockpile. He could topple rocks that could kill him or other fish or even break the tank glass.
