Yeah one each should be enough, but you shouldnt only be feeding them blood worms, they need a staple pellet diet.

Just out of curiosity... what size tank are they in?

Don't feed them feeders... They could get very sick from it and die. Feeders often carry diseases that are communicable to your predatory fish. Feed them blood worms and a good quality pellet.

Get a tape mesure and get the dimensions of the tank, then input them here.

My Oscar is now 5-6 inches long and believe it or not it was raised on tropical fish flakes. Once i learned more his diet consists of large pellets and once every two weeks 10-20 feeders, which takes him about a day to devour. He's quite happy and growing faster than i can keep up with.

I'm well aware of how bad feeder fish can be, so i keep them in something like a quarantine for a week and treat them for all the common diseases. Its worked so far.

I raised mine primarily on pellets, flakes work, but just get my water dirty!

Mine eat some brine shrimp also, cubed frozen brine shrimp are great too.

My feeding schedule:

- 2 beefheart cubes each evening.
- High quality pellet in the morning - 3 to 4 finger tips full.
- Vitamin pyramid monthly.
- occational cricket found around the house.

regards,

Fins.
