Well, they are a pretty agressive fish. However, they can be kept with other fish in the proper sized aquarium. What size tank do you have and what inhabits it?

55 wouldn't be big enough to permanently hold a green terror and some blood parrots. a green terror alone would be pushing it for a 55 but the parrots would be fine in there.

as for a green terror, convicts and tetras....the green terror and convicts could be kept together in a large enough tank, but the tetras (depending on which kind they are) could easily wind up becoming lunch for the GT.

I would not put a green terror with parrots. Parrots are laid back usually miss labled very aggressive, they are suited for community tanks. I'm sure there are exceptions to that.
