Oscars will need a 50 gallon, to add a midas you'll need around a 70-80.

Oscars and the midas will make short work of anything that can fit in their mouths, or even half way. If they cant swallow it, they'll probably tear them apart.

If your looking for big cichlids, look into severums and uarus for your tank.

Those both get huge. They both get over a foot long. You need at least a 75 gallon for one of them. They would quickly eat your other fish. What size tank is it?

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

The smallest one you can get, will be able to eat any guppy, in a month or less.

I'm closing this thread because you already have another thread about this.
