I was just wondering how long bolivian rams live. It doesn't say on the profile. Since they are a little more pricey than the "average" fish, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a fish that would only be in my tank for less than a year. TIA

They can live for over three years, I believe. They are small cichlids and not very long-lived, but they do last for over a year. Most make it to four years, if cared for properly.

I think that they live from 1-3 years maximum.
