We were watching them today and noticed they were what it looked like was kissing. They have not breed yet and I was trying to figure out if they are male or female. I cant figure it out. I have looked for the normal signs and to me it looks like they both have bumps on their heads. Is there an easier way of telling? |

If it helps, I don't think that the female convicts have very noticeable humps. I understand that it's a male feature. Welcome to Fish Profiles. ![]() |

Angels also lock their mouth's together & sometimes they're fighting & not courting each other. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |
