I can't tell ya how to breed them, but I can bring up some questions you should ask yourself..

Ok, you have limited income and want to breed a cichlid.. How many tanks do you have and what equip ?
If you only have one tank, how much can you afford to spend to get a fry tank and set that up ?

Are you planning on selling the fry, giving them away or raising them ?

What size is your tank ?

Is you tank suitable for breeding them or do you have to add anything to bring tank to optimal conditions ?

80 liters is only about 20 gallons by my calculations. electric blues get to be 5-8+ inches long so you're already in trouble.

before breeding, you need to invest on at least a 75 gallon for those fish. i've got a male in my cichlid tank and he's about 6" and is still growing.

i'm sure that's not the advice you were hoping to hear, sorry.

Doubt you'll need a 75 for four of them, a 50 gallon or 40 gallon would do it. In a breeding situation with just the fish its fine.

If you are breeding them, you will need a fry tank, as mentioned above. At least a 10 gallon with a sponge or corner filter.

Internal power filters may end up sucking in fry and killing it,sponge or corner would be better.

I really don't think a tank that size will work. Electric blues just get too big and they need to be fairly mature to breed. Why not try a smaller sort of cichlid, like rams, kribs, apistos or Tanganyikan shell dwellers?
