hi guys, about three days ago,i added a male pulcher(blue acara) to my tank,in there i have 2 b/n,2 tiger oscars and now 2 pulchers,in a 4x2x2.when i added the male, ever since he has been in there my female pulcher, has been doing this weird shaking type thing, she had NEVER done this untill i added the male, and now the 2 pulchers(both about 5inches long)have joined forces and are trying to stand over my tiger oscars(both about 9 -10 inches long)my tigers have a go back, but i dont want my fish fighting, the weird thing is the female pulcher has been in with my tigers for ages, none of these problems started untill i added the male pulcher,so ive got a divider firmly in place to keep them apart, they still try to fight each other throo the divider too,and yesterday i noticed that the female had dug a spot in the back corner of there end of the tank, this is the fist lot of pulchers that ive had,so i dont really know much about them.any ideas guys?

Shaking and aggressive behaviour usually means displaying. If they dug a hole, that means they're going to breed soon.

All natural cichlid behaviour, all in all .

Hopefully you'll see a cloud of fry soon.
