30usg, 6 bleeding hearts, 1 pleco(getting moved when bigger), 2 rams. will this work well, and do i have room for more bleeding hearts.

You could fit ten of the tetras in there, easily. Out of curiosity, what kind of rams do you plan on getting? German rams are delicate, and need water of a higher quality than Bolivian rams. Therefore, you can keep more fish with Bolivian rams because they are hardy, and do not need as clean water.

I'd just have twelve or so tetras. Don't have too many, as German rams can be fussy about water quality. The good thing is that tetras produce very little waste, and don't take up too much space. You could probably fit a few more than that in there, too.
