snoopy![]() Fingerling Posts: 28 Kudos: 8 Votes: 0 Registered: 26-Jun-2004 ![]() ![]() | I need help sexing my oscars, I currently have 2 in a 2 foot tank, (will be upgrading to a 4 foot tank in 3 weeks time), I am needing to know the best possible way to sex this breed of fish. Also, I have a tiger albino, and a red oscar, if they happened to be a pair, will they breed? (I am a little concerned that they will not breed because they are slightly diffrent.) |

In my first post, I should have said there are no proven methods of sexing them by physical features. Jason ![]() |

It would be best for the tank to be at least 16" wide as oscars get pretty big (~14" or so). ![]() Jason |

Saw some really nice tiger albino juvies in the LFS yesterday for $10. each.. If I didn't already have a 1 foot oscar in my tank I'd get a batch and try to get a breeding pair, darnit !
