Whoop! I'm sorry to sound like a downer, but none of those stocking lists will work. The firemouth, convicts, rainbow shark, and jewel cichlids will all outgrow the tanks. Also, tiger barbs tend to be very nippy and aggressive if kept in groups of fewer than six, which wouldn't fit in a ten gallon. You'll have to research some smaller fish.

If you want to do cichlids in a 10 gallon, you might want to try shell-dwellers. There's a good article on how to do that on this site.

As already stated, none of those stocks will work. You're obviously interested in cichlids, so a few suggestions for those tanks could be: Pairs of Apistogramma. sp, Breeding colonies of small Neolamprologus (multifasciatus/brevis I suggest). Do some research into which dwarf cichlids you like, then come back and tell us so we can help you again.

To be honest, the jack dempsey won't fit in a 36 gallon once it's fully grown. They can get to ten inches long, so a 55 gallon is more appropriate. Also, if you're planning on putting the fish from the stocking lists into a couple of twenty gallons, you still won't have enough space. Almost all of the fish you want need quite a bit of room.

And i am willing to bet that the ""Suckerfish" is a common pleco which needs a 125 gallon MIN. SO that 36 is way overstocked, but you could go for a pair of convicts for the 36.

Two fully-grown oscars won't fit in even a 70 gallon! Instead of the oscars, I would recommend adding three more tiger barbs, to make a school of six. They are very aggressive and nippy if there aren't very many, and having six will neutralize the aggressiveness.
