Look through the profiles and let us know which fish you like. Then we can let you know about compatability. BTW clown loaches prefer to be in groups of 3 or more. Im guessing Hoplos are the same? Maybe get 3 more CL's, loose the Hoplo, and get 2-3 Male Peacocks and you would be close to stock limit. The CL's will prolly only be housed comfortably in the 70g for 5 years or so. What is the tanks footprint?

OK. I've never kept Afras, but "hear" they are pretty aggresive. 1M/4-5F(as they stay bout4" ). Maybe go with Auratus(1M/3F) or red zebras for the other Mbuna, as both are pretty tough. 4 Clown loaches and a BN plec. Cave formations heavy at both ends of tank and a rock wall so to speak in the middle. This will keep aggression down when breeding occurs. Try to get close to juvies and grow them together. Blue, black, white, yellow, and orange. Good colors to go with. Your CL's may even add some red, depending on where they are from.

AFRAS ARE A BAD IDEA WITH MOST MBUNA, IF YOU WANNA KEEP AFRAS BEST KEPT IN A SPECICE TANK OF TANK WITH MORE AGRESSIVE FISH. IF YOU LIKE THEIR COLOUR THERE ARE HEAPS OF LESS AGRESSIVE BLUE CICHLIDS

I'd start by getting more Cobalt blues, say 3-4. Afra's are fine with Cobalts, as well as a heap of Mbuna.

Afra's are a dwarf mbuna dont get very big and aren't that aggressive in the large picture of Malawi cichlids.
I've kept mine with Lab C., Acei, Cobalts, etc.

Just don't keep them with fish which have vertical barring, thats were you'll find the problem....

The frontosa is gonna need a larger tank in the future. They also should be kept in groups as they're social fish a prefer company.

For long term success and less stressful tank I would return the front and trade it in for more malawi species. Also if you want the mbuna species you should really trade in the peacocks and get more mbuna species, or if you want the peacocks you should trade in the mbunas for more peacock or other haps species.
Most of the time peacocks/haps don't generally mix well in tanks with mbuna due to a variety of reasons that include aggression levels and different dietary needs.

The Auratus and Electic Johannii are both Melanochromis species which will lead to issues later. As mentioned above the frontosa should go back as well as the Peacocks. Get more of the species you already have as higher numbers in the same species will do better then a mix match of odd fish...
