	whats the smallest tank that i could keep?

SuperMummy! Mega Fish Posts: 1207 Kudos: 915 Votes: 30 Registered: 03-Jan-2003	a 10g will suffice while it is 1", but i am sure you will remember it will grow to that 5" and will need a bigger tank. leleupi are notoriously difficult to sex, i'm afraid - you usually have to guess from behaviour. x

MR_CICHLID Fish Addict Posts: 770 Kudos: 582 Votes: 124 Registered: 12-Aug-2003	If it's any help at all on the sex, my female is about 4 1/2" but the male is 3" max. but you do have to wait til their big to even guess at the sex... Also if your looking to breed you can't force a pair by getting a male and female. You have to get min.6 and let them form their own pair, natural selection is the only way to do it right

nano reefer Fish Addict Posts: 716 Kudos: 570 Votes: 3 Registered: 29-Feb-2004	i am going to get about 8 of these nice fish and i will be getting a bigger tank but i need money to get fish and i need money to get a tank so one at a time will be okey for now just now i have broken up some old teracota pot and washed them in boiling hot water for 30 mins i have plant in the tank to ill put a picturre of it on soon!
