Hi there again,

Same as for the Pleco, try St. George Aquariums...

625 Princes Hwy Rockdale 2216
(02) 9599 3766

I bought one there the other day for $9.95 (from memory), and they had a ton left...

If you haven't been to St. George before, you owe it to yourself to have a look - the place is mind blowing

So far as a GT killing an Oscar etc: have a look through some of the older posts here, it seems like a mixed bag of experience, based on individual fish personalities and how much space everyone has in the tank.

To the best of my knowledge though, there wouldn't be any friction between a GT and a Pleco... At some point there is likely to be an odd squabble with the Oscar/GT/JD, but if everyone is round the same size and the tank is roomy enough it _shouldn't_ be anything too serious, just keep an eye open all the same.

Regards,
Dex

hi alex! welcome to FP! this ones a little hard to find but its pretty good fish store with reasonable prices!

Lams Aquarium

Shop 2, 7 Victoria Rd Parramatta NSW 2150
ph: (02) 9630 6781

theres another one in north parra that is a little gem, the guys specialises in cichlids but i cant quite remember the address sorry! will try to get back to you on that!

as for the aggression in the tank im not too sure, depends on the temprement of you fish! some people are able to keep them togethr and others not. maybe if you get them while they are young there is more chance of them not fighing. also the size of your fish and how big your tank will also be major factors. how big is your tank? how big are y our fish?
