Does that require any sort of permits ? because I don't have any. So if it does than no, but if they can just be shipped normally to there than I would try it, but it probably costs considerably more. Can anyone shed any light on the subject for me?

My friend that is an importer of fish said that if you get them shipped by dhl you can use their export license, however, it's like nearly $50 for a small 2lb box. So it really wouldnt be worth it for a few bettas. Have you tried the breeders in Canada?

Yes, but none are really doing much with MG plakats, and I prefer to vary my bloodlines widely.

I sure wish you would ship to canada! I would sure love one of your females!
Absolutely gorgeous!
Perhaps if you have more in the summer, you could consider shipping, that way it would be cheaper, warm weather and such.

I don't think temperature effects shipping prices.
