I got an offer today for a school of 10-13 (the LFS wasn't quite sure) apollo sharks.
The man told me they would go well in my 95 gal (3ft long, 2 ft high & wide). I trust him on that; he's by far the best aquarium specialist in Holland.

Has anyone got any experience with these fish?
What are they like?

BTW: he offered them to me at app. US$ 5,- each.

That sounds like a nice offer, these fish are pretty scarce. They grow to approximately eight inches, and are active schooling fish. They are fast, and are good jumpers. They will eat smaller fish though, so be wary of that. They are best kept with large fish that bear no resemblance to the sharks, to avoid fighting.

If you decide to buy them, I'd go with a slightly smaller number of sharks, maybe eight.

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
