I have one female danio that is egg bound and getting to a point where I am a bit concerned..... anything I can do to help her? She isn't ill, just holding eggs and is active, eating fine, etc., she is just getting really fat.

Get her to breed. If you have males, then it should just be a matter of getting plants for the spawning site, and feeding live foods or frozen bloodworms to entice spawning. Zebra danios are usually quite willing spawners.
