Minnow from Florida | |
Natalie Ultimate Fish Guru Apolay Wayyioy Posts: 4499 Kudos: 3730 Votes: 348 Registered: 01-Feb-2003 | I found a rather large minnow (2.5") today in a shipment of Florida-bred feeder goldfish, and I need an identification. I'm really not familiar with Floridan Cyprinids at all. I think that it might be Hybognathus hayi, but there's about 20 other species that look very similar. I only got one decent picture of it, but it's pretty accurate. Any ideas? I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash. |
