(They're well worth the search: much brighter in color than Harlequins, and strikingly beautiful against a dark background.) |

I got mine at a petsmart near me. The only thing I don't understand is why they are so fat. Even when I don't feed them, they are still fat. I am afraid it may be internal parasites ![]() |

Very similar to Espei and often mistaken (the pic on the profile here for Espei is in fact a Hengali, I'm pretty sure). To me the Espei is like a Harlie with more orange rather then red. The Hengali is a little smaller then both and the black marking is more "lambchop" shape and the orange stripe above is incredibly bright against a black background. In my mind the Hengali offers a stronger contrast to the Harlie as the Espei is so similar to the Harlequin, but, of course, has all the good Rasbora qualities.
