I eventually want to setup a 75 gallon tank with White Cloud Mountain Minnows. I was thinking about 30 WCMMs. I would like to keep it as close to their natural habitat as possible, so it will definitly be a cool water tank.
What kind of bottom feeders would fit this setup?

If you're going to keep it coolwater, pretty much the only thing you're looking at are goldfish and Hillstream Loaches(unless you're keeping sturgeon or chinese paddlefish or something) . All other fish share the southern range of White Cloud habitat where the White Clouds live in tropical waters, where they would meet some other fish such as Bagrid Catfish, (most species of which would probably eat White Clouds), Loaches, Danios, and other cool Asian fish.

Biotopes aren't just about picking a bunch of fish from the same continent and sticking them in one tank. In fact, even two different fish from the Amazon River could have very different habitats, ranging from white water to black water!

Well, after searching and seeing what you guys suggested, all I want is an easy to find, hardy bottom feeder that can live in 74F water. Nothing to big, I don't want the White Clouds becoming snacks.
I am now thinking about a school of Emerald Green Cories and some Ottos. Would those be good? And about how many of each could I have?

Since 74F is still tropical, you can pretty much go with any small bottom feeder for this set-up.

Actually, many species are closer in biotope to any other fish you'll be able to get. Hillstreams and White Clouds are both from Asian rapid-flowing rivers; I wouldn't be surprised if they were found in the same rivers.
