It's hard to say, really, cyprinid personality can vary between individuals.

Here are some safe bets, though:
Zebras
WCMM (on the small side, though--ake sure you pick out large individuals)
Harlequins
SAE
Five band barbs
Cherry barbs
Golden barbs
balas (keep in mind they reach 10"+)
Actually, come to think of it, most rasboras would work quite well.

Some other cyprinids that may or may not work with your angels are---

tigers
RTBS
false SAE
Flying Fox
Rosies
Goldfish

rtbs will not annoy it, only if the angels go into its territory. And then the RTBS will chase it out of the area

I have an RTBS & an angel living happily together

I had Harlequins of all sizes with my Angel fish and they have done great and set each other off nice to. I moved my Harly's to my 55 gallon tank and added a pair of Blue Rams. The tank now has life and the colors!!

I have kept gold barbs with an angelfish, and there were no problems whatsoever. Gold barbs are very peaceful, and won't nip angelfish, while they are also too big for an angel to eat. Cherry barbs are also fine, as well.

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
