can anyone tell me at what age zebra danios mature and how big they are when they start breeding.

Considering they only get about an inch and a half long in their entire lives, I'd say that they won't be very big before they're able to begin breeding. As for an exact age, try asking (and explaining the reason for the request) in the breeding forum. If you have some danios that you think should be breeding, but aren't, then there's probably another reason they're not doing so instead of them not being mature enough...
