there just sitting in 1 spot doing circles between my filter and my heater...are they always gunna sit in that 1 spot?

55 gallon 1 rtbsm, 2 khuli loaches,2 gold rams 1m1f,1 leapord highfin pleco,6 black phantoms
2 odessa barbs ,1 tire track eel,2 green severums

It could depend. If it's just the best spot to hang out in the tank, they very much could just stay there for a long time. However, they're probably just scared from the move, in which case after they get more comfortable they would be more likely to go swim around.

They may just be a little stressed. You need to add a few more. Barbs are schooling fish so would like to have about 5 or 6 of them, or more if possible.

I agree with adding a few more. Also, some fish have areas of the tank that they prefer, even though they are not nessesarilly territorial. My Rubber-Lipped Pleco wouldnt go more then a few inches away from my filter for awhile, after a few weeks he got a little more comfortable and explores the rest of the tank. Just give it a little time and he should come out.

If there are any other fishes (especially large ones), then they might add to the intimidation of their new home.

If other fishes are doing something similar, there might be something off with the parameters.
