	tigers and worms
fishyhelper288 Fish Guru Posts: 2161 Kudos: 1951 Votes: 137 Registered: 29-Feb-2004	i just fed my tiger barbs a worm and first the tetras made off with it. then spot (my big barb) saw all the action and took it from every one else then he swallowed it whole!!!! is that a problem? -Katie-

I thought cichlids were unique in having a pharyngeal mill (assuming thats what you were referring to) along with other fish from the suborder Percoidei. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
