i was at key largo this summer at pennekamp state park and i saw fish that looked like needle fish and these silver things that looked like silver dollars but were only the size at the biggest a small saucer and what they would do is turn on there side and eat something on this grass at the bottom and by doing that the sun would bounce off there silver bodies like polished metal and it looked really cool! so can anyone tell me what they are cause id love to recreate that environment in a tank

note: this was at the dock in a mangrove so i think it is brackish
