Here are the basics:

1. They reach about 2 inches
2. Really like groups of at least six
3. Dark substrate really helps bring out their coloration
4. Extremely active and need plenty of swimming space
5. They need low nitrates and do better with frequent water changes and live plants
6. They really like live food from time to time
7. Coloration will vary throughout the day but in the right light they flash a bright neon blue
8. They are very peaceful and will get along with anything

And: males have red fins, females yellow.
