I know dwarfs die in brackish or won't do good and I know to feed them live foods, just wanted to know a variety. I was just checkin to see if my set ups would be ok but I guess I'll go with umm...3 or 4 puffers and 3 ottos? that work?

Puffers WILL NOT eat flake, pellets,or tablets. Feed only live and frozen.

When I get my 10g I am getting 3 dwarf puffers and a couple otto's. Dwarfs don't get along well with too many fish. Dwarf's like bloodworms and brineshrimp along with snails.

Actually I had bumle bee gobies, they can be little terrorists. They should be kept brackish, but no worries, puffers are slight brackish as well, just keep the salinity at aprox 1.0002-1.0006, you really do not have room for the ottos in a 10g though. as for keeping the bottom clean i would go with a couple snails, or fiddlers. The gobies tend to stay on the sides of the tank, and the puffers go any where. Good luck, and do not say I did not warn you of the gobies.

sincerely,
brac

Why chop up a live animal, when you could just chop up a already dead "people" shrimp?

If you want the gobies to live out their normal lifespan and be healthy, put them in brackish. They would need to be slowly acclimated.
I keep dwarfs.Other fish to keep with them are otos and shrimp. Some puufs eat shrimp. I'd start with ghosts and see if they bother them.
Foods: Live or frozen bloodworms, tubifex, plankton, most frozen foods. they will not eat flake. Mine eat freeze dried bloodworms, but it's unusual. Pond snails 2-3 times a week for their teeth.

I know the gobies are brackish but around here they keep them in freshwater so I wanna keep them what they're used to. And yea I was sure otos only needed like 3 or so to make them all happy. So would this work out?

I guess the dwarf puffers and the bumblebee gobies would be fine together in a 10g, but the ottos may be pushing it a bit. I think they're a group fish like cories, so you might need more than a few.

Don't exactly know about bumblebee gobies, never kept them. Dwarf puffers should be good though, you'd be all set with about 3 or 4 along with the bbgs.
