Id go much bigger on any community that includes goldfish, purely because in proportion to the size , almost nothing kicks out more ammonia than a goldfish. Coldwater and tropicals dont always mix well either, whats the temperatures in that tank like? Id drop the idea of more goldfish or golden orfe until you get a much bigger tank, in the meantime get a few nice tropical fish, and youll be able to enjoy more plants too. Id pass the goldfish on to someone with big aquaria or a pond, it will be better for all the fish. |

As for the 30g, decide which fish you like better, the minnows or the swords. If you go with the minnows you could do this: 7 Minnows Small coldwater bottomfeeder If you go with the swords: 3x Swords (1M, 2F would be ideal) 3x Guppies or plattys 6x Cories That would look nice and be really easy to care for Inky |
