I wish. Cant legally get any loaches out here except khuli and clown loaches. Ive seen weather loaches for $25 and I have seen yoyo loaches for $100.

Come to think of it - would it be ok to add rosy barbs? I got 2 in my other tank to take out some algae. I was planning to take them back.

Definately Tiger Barbs

Heck, rosy barbs, black ruby barbs, pentazona/hexazona barbs would also go well

VOTES: pentazona barbs

Gold barbs are great too, but they aren't agressive at all.

If you are going with a semi agressive tank, I HAVE to agree w/ Tim on the TB's for once. Small fish, big attitude sometimes. I like the albino ones best.

SAEs...I think the true ones are hard to find...I'll let someone else talk about them though.

what about aurulius barbs or clown barbs?

Any other suggestion for bottom dwellers? Pictus cats? or would they need brackish water?
