Everything sounds good except the livebearers.. They need hard water (7.6+) and the other fish do better in soft water (6.5-7.2).

I would dump the livebearers (I plain just don't like them), and add another pair of rams, and a shoal of cories. Your tank will look better, and be a bit more entertaining that way, especially with the cories. Also, keeping only fish that like the same type of water will be better, as John mentioned.

im not messing with ph so that won't be a problem. one of the reasons im setting up this tank is to return back to livebearers. the babies will have a good home in my jaguars tank

Livebeares are fine in a p.h. of 7.0. Fish have a really really wide ph zone that they can tolerate. They just have to be intoduced to it gradually.
