Hello. Upgrading tanks again. My 30gal has 2 angels(not sure if pair, had 8 months no breedig yet), 1 dojo,1 queen,1 zebra loaches and a L-264 gray spotted leopard pl*co oh and a Ram. Will be moving into my 55. These fish have all been together atleast 6 mo. Need help stocking the tank. Only want the 2 angels as it took a couple in the beginning to find 2 that went well together. But I think the tank will be a little empty? Need a good algea eater unless I decide to leave my Royal Pl*co in there(plan to go to my 120 with c*****d/synos that are currently in the 55). But as for the middle/top what else if any to add? So algea eaters and other fish suggestions needed. Any responses appreciated.

I posted the same question with basically the same fish a few days ago. If you want to take a look the name of the thread is below.

Would this work? Stocking question from september 25

Good luck

Thanks for the thread. But that discussion really doesnt answer my question. I already have 2 Angels, 1 Dojo,1 Zebra,1 Queen(loaches),1 L-264(pl*co), 1 clown pl*co,and a single Ram. Have all been together in my 30gal for long time. Gonna move to the 55 today, but just think it will be a "little" empty. I dont think I like the Congo tetras but have not seen in person. So any ideas for a "school" of smaller fish still appreciated. Also need a "real" algea eater as my 2 pl*cos do not eat it. 55 has been runnig for about 9 months.

You could get a bristlenose pleco for algae. They don't get very big. You should probably get some friends for your loaches, since they like buddies. After you do that, you could get a nice large school of whatever tetra you want. I wouldn't recommend serpae tetras since they are notoriously nippy. Personally, I'd get rummynoses or harly rasboras. They school really nicely.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.
